i realise something today.
it's impossible not to talk about people since our lives are revolved around them.
it'll be like trying to unring a bell !
however, i think i have found my answer :)
If it's very painful for you to criticize your friends - you're safe doing it.
But if you take the slightest pleasure in it,
that's the time to hold your tongue.
