It's the time of the season for scrumptious food and reunions! 

CNY is a time where people often wish for prosperity and wealth,

and everything else that has to do with the dollar sign. 

With the economic looking not very pretty at the moment ,

i guess these kind of wishes are needed more than ever. 

I, however, hope that during this CNY that you'll receive more than

just a few red packets from your friends and relatives.

I pray that God's abundant blessings and favour will be upon you

this new year so that you will be able to bless others in return! :)

Brain Therapy

that is just what i need; a brain massage!

Trust me, two days of trust classes can make your brain feel like,

you had took it out of your head, 

smashed it into goo with a hammer,

then fried it till it's burnt and after all that,

you placed it back into it's rightful place.

yes, i am exaggerating. :)

But that is the very reason the person blogging isn't sitting in 

evidence class at this very moment listening to character evidence. 

It's been a busy week and my room is in a mess. 

So, I really need the time off to get everything back in order

before starting my land assignment and CNY. 

Can someone give me a brain massage now, please? :D

I had such a wonderful time sight-seeing KL City with my friends today.

The weather was beautiful and the places we visited really surprised us.

I guess i never really realised how beautiful our little busy city actually is, until today. 

At times, all we have to do is just sit back and enjoy the view :)

I have no class this Saturday! how great it that?

oh wait, i still went to french class in the morning

and my teacher extended our class for an extra 30 minutes. 

ish, so much for trying to be late for class.

The sad news is that my Saturdays will not be permanently classless. 

I only got the free day because my lecturer got injured during a 

badminton session. Apparently, someone smashed the shuttlecock

right into his eye and his retina started bleeding. very painful indeed.

Gosh, I am really enjoying the break! 

I can assure you that the person is not me :)

wow, there goes the first week of 2009.

little Jethro on new year's day

It still hasn't sunk in completely that it's already a new year.

I'm still writing the wrong date at the top of my paper at times.

but I bet you must have too :)

My first week of the year was occupied with tort assignment.

YES, what a way to start the new year!

It was my fault that i waited till the last week to do it

since i was actually given more than 2 weeks.

I got plenty of excuses but i shan't mention them.

I tried my very best not to procrastinate this time around . . .

( and here is where the word but comes in. hehe ) BUT 

as always the pressure doesn't come pushing in till the date is near.

Anyways, I'm really glad that I managed to finish it 

2 days earlier than the dateline. 

At least its an improvement from last year! :P

I got two more assignments due next month,

so there will be plenty more room to improve.

( yes, i must do better and i will! )

It has definitely been a tiring week for me due to lack of sleep and

trust me, you do not want to meet the sleep-deprived vickie :)

Anyways, I believe only better things will come, for He is with me.

Look out people, this will be a year of learning and growth!

I'm shall go get my much needed rest now.
